So everything was back to normal, no more on here and there, Im back for good. lol. I've got no idea how baking a cake idea came from that we decided to give it a try on baking. It was quite an issue on what to bake since I really crave for cakes badly, yes I mean badly. Somehow, the decision on what to bake isn't mere depend on my stomach's demand! So lets skip everything that we decided on trying to make brownie instead.
The ingredients prepared are such as cream, unsalted butter, icing and granulated sugar, unsweetened chocolates, chocolate chips, milk, eggs... and not forgetting all purpose flour.
It was quite kelam kabut la during the process of making, haha.. not mentioning on the last-minute-notice on the expired date of some powder, vanilla essence.. psstt, dont worry we did not use the expired date ingredients. :P
There you go.. mix mix mix everything. JUST MIX. woops.
Waiting to be baked. I somehow inserted too much of chips in it.. this chocolate brownie is seriously indeed very chocolate-ty instead. It gave mum an idea that she's chewing on a chocolate bar instead. wtf. T_T
So... what came out after 25 minutes of baking huh?
Frankly speaking, after the last time of baking a 'swiss roll' (see below picture) , I got kind of phobia already. wtf. I have no idea what happened the other day, I got quite a number of feedback from facebook after I uploaded that picture, people are commenting that it looked like a brain tumor, hills and mountains or something. wtf.
So... this came out. Heyyy! Dont judge it first ok!
It might look ugly la.. But tasted not bad leh. :( And it needs some 'decorations' right to be served. lol.
So there you go, applying approximate 1cm thick of frosting, also made by us. Tasted not bad too!
And finally.. The baby looks smooth and silky and maybe a little presentable now. Haha, remember looks are deceiving? =P
It's best to serve cool where the frosting above it are chilled enough however not too cold where the brownies get kinda stiff and hard when so.
Alright, till then!
Love,
M
